We do not offer returns or exchanges on purchases. All sales are final. We are happy however to correct or replace any product defaults or production mistakes. 

All goods are made to order and are made in the order in which they are received. Please expect our production time to take up to 1 or 2 weeks, however during periods of high store activity there is the possibility of delayed shipping due to workload. 

In stock or ready to ship product will ship once processed
